Student monitors

Student monitors mandates are attributed each year by the Faculty of Medicine to reinforce the supervision of practical work of bachelor and/or master students.

The mandates can be attributed to all students regularly enrolled at ULiège in an undergraduate or graduate program.

Application

Students hired as student monitors sign a contract under student status.

Applications must be submitted via the teachers of the courses in which student monitors are involved. They must include the following elements:

• Administrative application form
• Copy of both sides of the identity card
• Attestation student@work

Applications must be sent to Mrs. Sabine FRARE at least one month before the beginning of the services to which the commitment relates.

Hiring a student monitor

Requests for student-monitor hours must be submitted to the Dean's Office by the departments, who will have previously asked the persons in charge of the courses attached to their department.

Once a number of hours has been allocated, the course leaders must recruit the students they need and send their applications to Mrs. Sabine FRARE at least one month before the beginning of the services to which the commitment relates.
